Was recommended to Auto detailing co by a good friend of mine. Apparently he does work MASERATI CPT. I checked out his work on Instagram it looked good he done a few high value cars. My car went to this guy twice. The first time I got home and had a good look at the car it felt rough to the touch and the marks I sent the car to him for was still there.(this is a clean GTI just a few marks from being a 2007 model NO SWIRL MARKS) I complained the second time, this time my car had all this swirl marks on it and all he told me was to apply turtle wax black magic " the marks will go away" He said I washed the car and messed up the paint which is utter bull****. Why would you wash a car after it was detailed? All the turtle wax does is cover up his **** work until the next time the car is washed or it rains. He is standing completely out of the water.Said he is sorry "not good enough" Said this is the first time this happened. Said he is running a business what must he do ? Blocked me so I cant see his instagram Doesn't reply to Whatsapp's Don't trust this guy he messed up my car.
