Bad Service with refund

Parts were ordered from Auto City Spares which we paid in full in the amount of R1800.00. Parts received via courier were not the correct parts as promised and we send a driver through to Rustenburg to return the parts. Parts were returned 3 weeks ago and yet no refund has been made into our account. Every phone call ends with a promise to call us back, and on the 4th of December 2015 we spoke with the owner directly who also promised to phone us back and do a refund. We haven't received a phone call back or the refund. Very poor service of this company who so eagerly wanted payment for the \correct"parts quoted! """
