I saw a car on www.cars.co.za. Me and my fiance contacted the dealer and he send us photo's and video's of the car. The photo's for the advert on the internet I also have on my phone.

We went through to Auto Champion Motors in Fordsburg in Johannesburg. 2 Central Road. The salesperson that assisted us were Emmanuel.

On arrival at the shop, we saw that the car's windscreen was broken, the bonnet bended and a few faults on the car. Then Emmanuel came up with the excuse that the cleaner when he cleaned the car the morning that we bought the car he was pushing the bonnet closed and pushed to hard on the bonnet and it bended. We insisted that he fixed the window because it is miss interpretation of the vehicle according to the photo's of the advert and the pictures that he has send us. We fixed the dent on the bonnet that same Saturday in Rustenburg

The car was on the floor for R 75 000 and with all the faults that we could see with our eyes we bought it for R71 500.

On my way back to Rustenburg where I live....the engine service light came on...the tyres are making a strange sound when I drive and the steering wheel was jumping in my hand....I had to cling on the steering wheel to keep the car on the road.

We arrived back home after a very stress-full trip with the car. My fiance checked the wheels just to see that my 2 back wheels, wheel bearings are damaged and it needs to be replaced. Also the aircon was not working, when you turn the knob there is no air coming hot or cold or any type of wind from the vents. The front light covers were both cracked There were no console candle, There were a few faults on the car.

We went to church the and a friend looked at the car to see if he can reset the service light. Just to inform us that it will not reset because the airbags are out of the car - no airbags. Then he opened up the bonnet and saw that the car was in a huge accident. It has a different sump installed...the fender, light covers were put back on scew on the right hand side of the car. There are no pipes for the aircon as well. He told me that I wasn't even supposed to drive the car so far back home because I would have ****ed myself and my 6 year old son that was with me in the car.

We contacted Emmanuel and he said we must bring the car back. My fiance told him they can come and collect it or the will pay for the car to put on a truck and take it back. He said he will pay petrol money - which we did not receive as i have put petrol in the fiesta and my fiance's car as well.

When we stopped back in JHB my fiance told me that the right wheel was wiggling so badly when he looked in the mirror that it looked like it is going to came loose from the car. Every dip in the road the car almost took me off the road and I had to hang on to the steering wheel. I had a very very bad migraine and spams in my back, shoulders and neck when we got there.

We went upstairs where the admin people sits and the manager called Martin was sitting in a chair. He told me that he will give me R70 000 for the car to buy it back. So i asked him why is he taking R1500 from me. He kept still. I asked him again why are he taking R1500 from me and that he must give me a valid reason....he then stands up and screams at me" take the car and ****off out off my shop".

They then paid over the R70 000. I was in a terrable state of emotional shock that the admin lady tried to calm me dow and bring me some water. I was shaking that when I took a sip off water I spilled it over myself.

They are all Nigerians As far as my knowledge a person has 6 months to take a car back that are faulty and 5/7 days cooling off period to cancel a deal...according to law.

I bought the car on Saturday the 16th of November for R71 500 and I took it back on Tuesday the 19th of November (On Monday the 18th we had to ask for permission from our bosses to get off the following day to take the car back) and received only R70 000.

They were misleading the public with false advertising about the car. They said on the advert it has airbags, aircon as well as a motor plan which i never received any documents off. No aircon and no airbags. Also no owners Manuel, no service book

Also no VAT registration number on their invoices.

Please can you assist me in this matter as they **** to us and the stole money from me and also owing me petrol money. And that is not the spasm medication I had to buy.

That model cars still gets sell between R125 000 and R135 000. The only reason it was so cheap is to get rid of it. And they tell me it was a bank repo car. Emmanuel **** into our faces as we asked him 3 times if the car was in an accident and he said 3 times NO.

This was a very traumatic experience for me. As this is my 1st can in my life I bought cash for myself and I was so so proud of it until we realize what they did to us.
