Selling written off vehicle

We bought an Amarok double cab from thiss dealership in December 2021. Firstly the vehicle was afvertised as a 4 motion and it wasnt.. we got a bit of discount because it was not a 4 x 4 anymore... We took the vehicle for its 90 000km. Service after we bought the vehicle. It was also said that the vehicle had. 120 000 km. Service plan and warranty. We took the vehicle for its service and VW said to us that the system says that the system says "vehicle written off" after numerous attempts of getting to the bottom and getting a refund and returning this vehicle there is lots of stories and hefty cancellation fees and terms... so next step is onbudsman... what a scetchy, ***** dealership... and no dealer code as any other car dealership? Makes you think...
