I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car from auto championship, the parts of the car that they sold me are falling, too many mechanical problems their client service is too bad. They refuse to change the car for after I told them about the problems that the car have. Once they sold the the car for you, you are no longer their problem it been 9 months now with their broken car. They are like ****

25 Oct 2022, 06:56Hi Siphelele, we tried to assist you in so many ways, we have never rejected or ran away from any claims you have made to repair the vehicle and even given you more than R10000 to repair the issues you noted to us. We were not made aware of any other issues that you have encountered thereafter. Please remember that you have a mechanical warranty for 2years to which you can claim from.

Yes I have a warranty that is paid by me not you, having a warranty does it mean you must sell me a car that the condition is bad? I told you each and everyday this car always have new problem, because I have a warranty I must pay for the car to always be on the workshop? This car once left me stranded it was on the street more than 3 days, because I have a warranty? I am not happy with you car I don't know how many times must I tell you that the car that you sold me have too many problems I don't want it change it for me you refused I don't know is it because I am a woman that why you took advantage of me.
Yes you did pay some mechanical problems that the car has but still your car is having problems each and everyday it a new problem as we speak the car is smelling like a rotten mouse beacause when its raining water get inside the car, when I am on gravel road all the dust get inside the car.
You made me pay for something that I am not happy about in the name of warranty, I can't even travel a long distance with this car because of the condition. Rates are high installment is high for something that I am not happy about, why? Because I am woman??
