Good Customer Service

Today I had an excellent experience, I was a walk in client this lady called Lesego serviced me and seemed to be so polite, in our interaction she mentioned that the car was involved in an accident and also offered a test drive on the car that I was interested in. The company is growing business which has much to offer. They still have a lot to learn though but personally the service was excellent.
