EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning, I am very upset. I cannot believe that I got such treatment from a reputable company such as AT & T, stating that I did not pay the money. I paid on 11th January 2024 with the reference they have provided me with (MARTINO SCHO12) the amount of R28 000 @ 08h15. On the 7th February 2024 I paid with the reference they have provided me with (MARTINO SCHO12) the amount of R20 000 @ 15H53. Now I am being threatened that they are going to hand it over to the seniors. I have never missed a premium and I have been waiting for my bakkie for 3 months now. Please confirm the POP as attached ASAP.

Good day Mam and sir Yesterday I contacted dotsure insurance and I spoke to a lady by the name of monia . She relayed the fact that the money of R28 000 was auhtorized to be cashed out directly to you .We have checked the company statement and have found no payments or transfers. The vehicle is still in our premises , pleaes respond to my emails or I will have to hand this over to my seniors . Regards Naome
