Really Bad Workmanship

Do not take you vehicle to Auto Bonn. Was in accident and the insurance company said I must take my vehicle for repairs to Auto Bonn in Sandton. My vehicle was 5weeks with them. When I got my vehicle back it was bad. I even showed them the problems, nothing fitted the paint job was bad, parts were missing. They said I must contact my insurance about the problems. When I drove my vehicle out a few kilometers my boost pipe came out, they didn't put it back properly. My vehicle now have whistle sound.

I call the insurance and told them I am not happy with how my vehicle looks and sounds. I said to them the parts do not fit the workmanship is really bad. I have taken it to dealership for inspection and first thing they ask was this done by backyard panel beater. This the worse work they have ever seen.

The insurance approve to get all my parts replace with OEM part cause the pirate parts this Auto Bonn put on does not fit. They call me to bring my vehicle back. My vehicle was day in half back at the Auto Bonn they called me to say its done. Replace everything plus spray job in one and half day.

Got there to pick up my vehicle just to see they have taken a cover of my previous parts that was in the accident put it under my bonnet. They never replace the parts with OEM parts as the insurance approved it. They Spray my one part the wrong color that I showed them how they doing jobs half. Parts are missing for my vehicle, covers and brackets. Rubbers are missing my vehicle rattles.

I would rather drive my vehicle how it look when it was in the accident then how it looks now. There is no pride in there work. Your vehicle will look like cheap work that you can pick up with the eye. Parts will be missing. I will never recommend them to fix anyone car. The work is really bad. Stay way for this workshop if you need your vehicle to be fixed when it was in accident.
