My car has been with auto bonn vall for four months now

My car has been with auto bonn vall for four months now. I even doubt if there's anything done on my car. For the past 3weeks they said my car is in de painting bay, lastweek they said its in the polishing bay. Surprisingly yesterday they said some parts are still in back order, how possible is that.
