Auto Bonn Vereeniging **** about the car status, saying it was almost done while they haven't even started on it.

On 14/11/22, Auto Bonn requested us to send the car for repairs; after a few days, they mentioned they had additional requests to the insurance, but they had started working on the car and promised that we would have the vehicle by Friday, 25/11/2022. The insurance approved the 1st request; then they sent a feedback that the car was on the painting bay and waiting for another approval from the insurance since they had more additional recommendations, which they made on 22/11/2022. It was approved on the 24th after we started making calls to the insurance because we didn't understand what was taking so long and needed the car the following week to travel to KZN for my wedding on the 3rd of December, only to find out that they haven't even started working on the vehicle. They started working and striping the car today, 2022/11/25! The day we were promised to get the car. They **** to us and the insurance saying the vehicle is in painting and will be done soon. Making arrangements without a car has been a nightmare while they were keeping it for whatever reason. They say they will try to get the car to me by Thursday! How does that make sense while I am getting married on Sat? I am so disappointed with this service provider; words can't express my frustration.
