Auto Bonn Vereeniging - Can't even return my calls

Visited Auto Bonn Vereeniging to enquire about a supplying a towing eye cover for my BMW. I was told that Hendri was not available, and was promised a call back. I called the next afternoon, and was promised a return call again. Its been a few days and no call back.

Auto Bonn, if you can't return a telephone call, I can't imagine the issues I would have if I had to bring my vehicle in for a repair.

Pathetic to say the least, you will never see my BMWs in your workshop for anything at all, I woud rather drive elsewhere in order to have my vehicles looked at by a competent workshop who at least understand the value of talking to customers.
