Unreliable service

The way they handled my claim very unprofessional. It took a month to negotiate with my insurance and its two months down the line still no car and I use it for uber my source of income. They have failed to inform me of any progress I have to go to them every time for answers but nothing only empty promises. I'll never deal with them again.
