The worst service ever by BMW Auto Body Specialists MIDRAND!!!

This has to be the worst repairer there is!! The absolute pits, from poor repairs and dismal nonexistent QA, you guys have to be the worst! I had to return about 4-5 times and I had to QA my own car because your QA guy Lihvu gets paid for nothing.. my 6th return was today and that was the worst I have ever been treated!! I even had to call in at reception twice to get someone to address the nonsense that was happening outside!! Two of your employees shouting at a highly pregnant woman and a Manager who couldn’t give a damn (Tony)!! This has to be the worst repairer with the Name BMW associated to it!! I will never recommend this place to even 1 enemy! You need an overhaul because definitely BMW SA would be disappointed that The best German cars are repaired like trash!!
