Car went for dent repair and accessories are gone

We took our Golf 6 GTI in for a dent repair after it was struck by our community gate. On Tuesday 23.06.2015 we took the car to ABS(Auto Body Specialist) in Midrand. They told us the car would be done and ready on Friday 26.06.2015 and they will call us when we can collect , by Friday morning they called my husband and asked him if they can keep the car over the weekend( which meant they haven't even started). My husband told them no and that he wanted the car before COB. He went to pick up the car and the 2 floor mats at the passenger and driver side ( original GTI mats we bought worth R900.00 ) were missing and replaced with smaller worn out mats, not even GTI mats. We called the Manager to inform him of this and he told my husband that he will talk to the workers and get back to him. Almost 2 weeks went by with no word from the Manager, so we called him again and all he had to say was that no one knew anything of the mats. We opened the boot of the car and realised that some of the protective rubbers are also missing....Pathetic service and personal items get ******.
