Poor Workmanship or Incompetence

I serviced my car on the 13th of October at Auto Bavaria BMW Mindrand. Few days later the car started blowing up smoke. On the day, the experience was terrible due to lack feedback from the consultants to a very terrible car was experience. My car seats were wet when the keys were handed over to me and mats were still dirty.

So this week I finally took the car back to them (after I unsuccessfully booked it when I called on 3 Nov) and also authorized Windscreen chip repair. I explained to them that this problem started just few days after service. I left my car with them for 3 days and only to be told that it was not their fault and that oil is leaking I need to pay R20k to have the Gasket cover Oil supply pipe replaced. Mind you I took my car in for Oil Service and nothing was wrong on the day.

During the 3 days I received terrible customer experience in that I had to make follow ups to get status of what is happening. I then decided to take my car away from them before they damage it even further. I get to the Dealership, pay R2k for Diagnostics, they hand me the keys to my car which was waiting for me outside. I get in and windscreen repair was not done after I was invoiced for it. I go back inside and I am told they are not sure why it wasn't done that I must please give them few minutes to attend to. After this they still expect me to believe that my car was not damaged due to shoddy workmanship.

And ooh might I add the car was washed but my tyres were still muddy and as mats were simply flipped over as they were not washed. Auto Bavaria is simply terrible, from customer care to workmanship. How could you claim to have serviced the car (Oil for that matter) and few days later the car is blowing smoke due to oil leaks.
