Volvo Midrand Service - Risking Safety of Customers (*****driver left in bonnet causing issues to car)

I contacted Volvo several times regarding the various issues experienced during my services with Volvo Midrand. I was even more surprised by the lack of response from customer care regarding a *****driver left inside the bonnet of my car during a Volvo service. This is an extremely dangerous situation as I was driving long distance right after this service and this could have resulted in many potentially fatal incidents. I was lucky not to have been stranded or had damage occur during this journey however when I my destination, I hear rather disturbing noises coming from the car and then was able to have it towed to the nearest Volvo which told me the noise I was hearing was a result of a *****driver left in my vehicle during my last service. Volvo is supposed to be a safety brand but risking the lives of their customers is clearly not a priority. I have to send my car for a service now however am fearful to go to a Volvo dealership given this experience and I have an extended service plan that has been paid for but cant be used due to the lack of trust now apparent with Volvo. I contacted Volvo Global and they reverted back to the local branch which I have yet to get feedback from. I would like to know where it would be safe to get my car looked at without having to endure the lack or service or similar experiences to my previous ones. There has been way too many mistakes to list of Volvo Midrand from losing documentation, poor services or complaints ignored... I have sent the details to Volvo a few times now and still no feedback!
