Volvo Bad Service

I have taken my Volvo to Boksburg three times so far. They tell me its my turbo that has gone and its still under maintenance plan. No one wants to make a decision to sort it out. I have contacted head office via Email they supposed to get back to you in 48 hours and its been more than 72 hours and no reply. I have never meet such unprofessional people ever. They supposed to be an international company and this is the service I get. I get told When I asked why a turbo would go on a new car. That's like asking why the sky is blue. How many times do I have to take my car back and be without a vehicle. This is ridiculous.
