Regrettable Decision to Use Auto Baltic Volvo

I took a decision that I now regret, to service my car at the Auto Baltic Volvo in Midrand. I always serviced at Tom Campher Motors in Auckland Park and always had exceptional service. Not only did my service adviser fail to update me during my car's three-day stay with Auto Baltic, but an email to him and the dealer principal requesting feedback on work carried out on my car has gone unanswered in 5 days. <br> <br> The disregard for clients from the Midrand dealership is appalling at best. I ended up chasing the maintenance plan supplier myself to chase a decision out of them when Auto Baltic were not making progress on servicing my car. I was left stranded without as much as a courtesy car when I had to go into hospital 10 December for a crucial procedure. I even made plans to fetch my car late Friday afternoon after not receiving confirmation that the job was complete, and found Roelof and the rest of the staff gone on their merry ways for the weekend, with only the receptionist and driver left behind.<br> <br> 14 days after first taking my car in for service, I still do not have an invoice and feedback on the work carried out on it.
