Poor after sales service

Seriously bad after sales service from the used cars section. Vehicle was taken back with a few issues that they had to take care of, after collecting the car a week later the vehicle had paint damage and none of the other faults propperly adressed. My husband had to remove the wheel himself to take pictures of the worn brake pads as proof and send it to both the manager and dealer principal as the dealership did not make any effort to act on that request. Vehicle was collected and delivered again today a week later, with the most obvious problem still there, so the driver had to take the car back again now for the 3rd time. Seriously dissapointed as for the month of March we only had the car a few day's , because of due diligence not performed by key personel at the dealership for the second time. Sad thing is the inconvenience is at the expense of the client now as great expectations for a planned weekend away with the new car now broken-down.
