not fulfilling promises

<p>i booked my car in on the 31st January to have my side mirror repaired. i was advised that a part needs to ordered and it will take about 2 weeks. it is now a month and i still havent heard anything from Volvo. whenever i call in, i am either cut off, or told, i will call you back which never happens. it is common decency to at leat notify me. this is beisdes the pathetic service i received when i took my car in on the 31st Jan. can someone get back to me and advise me what is happening?????? i have been entirey happy with my purchase but this after service is pathetic!!!</p>
