Never Buy A Car From This Branch Ever

<p>In 2014 September on a Friday I bought a Volvo V40 T4 with a sport pack. When I received the car I was full of joy and excitement I did not check the car thoroughly and I was told that I had 7 days to return the car if it was not what I had purchased. I got an accident the following Monday and the car had a dent on the rear bumper, when I took the car back on Tuesday to advise the sales person that there are items missing from the original purchase, he advised that he cannot take the car back but we can look at alternatives to cover the shortfalls and the fact that the car was falling apart shortly after purchase. </p> <p>I looked at their website for extras and we agreed that he will install a body kit which came complete with Deflectors, side & rear, Stripe kit, Diffuser, End pipes, double and Roof Spoiler. They installed a body kit that excluded the Stripe kit and Roof spoiler. When i addressed this with Byron (The Sales/Brand Manager) He said he did not have it in stock but he will see what to do and get back to me. Now he claims that the Roof spoiler was not part of the agreement. I sent to him correspondence with their former Sales person and they are still in denial.</p> <p>This concludes that this dealership has no honour and they do not respect their clients and that they would lie to get a sale not to mention that they will not take responsibility should one of their employers leave their employ before the deal is concluded.</p> <p>I bought the car from them they should account and take full responsibility for the actions of their staff. They should deliver what was promised to me so that we carry on with our lives, it's been almost two years now talking the same thing.</p> <p>Do not buy your car at this Branch their after sales service SUCKS!!!</p>
