APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE VOLVO SOUTH AFRICA

I drive a 2017 Volvo V40 D3 CC. It broke down last week with a damaged timing belt. The car was towed and repaired within a week. However, when I received it it was smelling odd. I however did not pay mind to it the smell. 24 hours later, after driving 400km with it, a diesel leak was evident below the engine compartment.

I was without a car for a week, because if you are close to home you do not get a courtesy vehicle. The convenience of a reliable brand is not enjoyed anymore. I can say now, I am thoroughly disappointed at the customer service that neglects customer convenience. This car is the first and last Volvo car I drive.
