After sales service

My previous report was directed at honda motors which was incorrect afer my service i received an sms which said that they were auto baltic volvo honda midrand, anycase becaus you cannot change a compliment to a complaint i have to write this new report. Altough my service with auto baltic was really pleasant when i went home after my service there was a new sound on the car which was never there, i got home and i emailed vernice and i emailed again and since then it has been almost a week and she is avoiding me completely, which just leads me to believe there is really no good service found anywhere even though i read a positive review about them on hellopeter thats just 1 persons opinion and next time i would probably look for more opinions.
