5 weeks to discover a water leakage

in august i received an email from volvo informing me that my car was due for service. i made an appointment for the next week and upon arrival i informed the service team that my car had a water leakage, they came back the same day with a response that my car was only due for service in October. and that i should bring the car back the next week because they could not detect where the leakage was, and so i took it back the next week, and now four weeks later i still do not have an answer, every-time i speak to the service manager I'm given a different story.
