Zero Service and Damage to Car

<p>I recently bought a Mini Countryman S</p> <p> </p> <p>I know the fuel usage that they advertise is always way off, my car says it should be 8L/100km but im getting 11.6L/100km and driving conservatively. I decided to book it in for a checkup because it also needed a software update on the entertainment system. </p> <p> </p> <p>Dropped the car off at 8am, it was ready at 10am.. All that was done was them resetting my averages. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them if they updated the software they said that they don’t do that. When the car and website clearly states "visit your nearest dealership" On that note the guy said he will contact me later that day and i have still not heard from him.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST of all, they never washed the car, which is fine but they idoits used some silicone on the tyers and the black parts of the car. Iv attached picture because my car is not at a cleaning service where it needs to be polished off..</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line.. if you want a BMW or Mini drive to SMG and avoid Town!</p>
