Waiting 1 year for BMW 328i to be registered

<p>I purchased my BMW 328i in Nov '15 from Jenna Wentzel at Auto Atlantic BMW. For the past 12 months, numerous enquiries have been made to BMW Auto Atlantic to register the vehicle and issue the respective plates and license disc. The license disc has since expired and now I keep on incurring costs for paying traffic fines for driving without a valid license disc. In September '16 BMW Auto Atlantic requested in that I put the vehicle through the test again, as the road worthy has since expired and replace a faulty tire. All these costs have been incurred by myself and it was promised to me that they will repaid soonest. After a lot more empty promises from BMW Auto Atlantic, I contacted BMW SA (Donnovan Lazarus Tebogo) out of desperation to escalate this matter further. But it seems that BMW SA is just as inefficient as Auto Atlantic and after 2 weeks the only response I receive from them is that they are waiting on Jenna Wentzel to provide them with feedback. Jenna Wentzel is the bottleneck and if BMW SA relies on her for feedback this might take another year to resolve. </p>
