Poor service at Auto Atlantic, Cape Town

My BMW 320i automatic has a serious problem in that it does not engage in reverse gear. We were nearly killed when my car would not budge as we were reversing across a busy road. This issue had been reported to the service team on 20 January when my car was serviced.<br> Messages about the problem thereafter were left for the service manager, Russell, who failed to revert to us over a period of three days after being advised of the poor servicing.
