No customer service at BMW

<p>I took my BMW for service.i had to replace my lights as they were faulty and it was the long weekend.</p> <p>My service advisor didn't keep me informed of the progress and sent me a text i could pick up my car 5pm.</p> <p>I was stuck in a meeting then stuck in traffic.i tried to get hold of her not picking up the landline .The security refused to go upstairs to tell her I was on my way.</p> <p>Now I am stuck with transport for the whole long weekend until Tuesday.i have family visiting from jhb and already incurring major costs urbering them everywhere.</p> <p>And I still have to pay over 11k to BMW for the service abd lights.Does that not warrant her tk wait a few minutes for me to navigate through traffic or call me so I could transfer the money and she leave my key at the gate.</p> <p>BMW customer service sucks </p>
