FEDUP/FRUSTRATED Client

A BMW was purchased from Auto Atlantic & this is the result of the purchase

Please see below correspondence:

Dear Craig Kriel

It’s so unfortunate that in the first place you would deny or as you said you don’t know what happened to the mail that was sent to you on the 27th June 2016, as per requested by yourself when I was at Auto Atlantic.

· You were approached by the financial lady (Annele Stadler-Green) at the reception area where she had explained to you what the problem was, you then asked her to tell me to please put this in mail as you did not have the time to speak to me as you were on your way out.

· There already you had knowledge of the frustration at hand.

· As per information given to me from your Service Manager (Clinton Crayenstein), he had a sit down with you and also explained to you the problems that we were experiencing with the vehicle that was purchased at BMW AUTO ATLANTIC,

· Here once again you were made aware of a unhappy client.

· With the advi*****t of the sales person CRAIG: (That the vehicle that was purchased was classified as the best purchase as opposed to the BLACK E90 that I was wanting to take, here alone we were given guarantees that we would have no issues with the vehicle, the deal was solely made on information given, 2 months into having this vehicle we started experiencing these problems, (WHAT HAPPENED TO, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE AS IT IS BY FAR A BETTER BUY & A NEWER MODEL)

· As to my knowledge with the statement that you made that this only happens in one specific area, this should not be happening at all no matter where we are or go or travel to, so in short my wife is not allowed to go to her mother until the vehicle is sorted and AUTO ATLANTIC gives us the go ahead that we can now go to her mother.

· On the information given that this is not related to the other issues that the vehicle was in for, I strongly disagree with you & your team that made the statement, we drive this vehicle daily & your assessment to this is PURELY by driving the vehicle for 30 minutes on one day & then it can clearly be said that it’s not related. Please collect this vehicle from me & you drive it every day & then you can come back to me & tell me that it’s not related.

· We sit with this problem/s on a regular basis & everything that previously was fixed is back again.

· NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT WE SHOULD CONTINUE DRIVING WITH A FAULTY VEHICLE AFTER YOUR EXPERTS HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THERE ARE IRREGULARITIES WITH THE VEHICLE. NEVER MIND IF WE STAND ALONG SIDE OF THE ROAD & HOLD UP TRAFFIC OR EVEN IF THE VEHICLE SWITCHES OFF, DRIVE IT UNTILL WE AT BMW TELL YOU WE CAN NOW ASSIST. SO IF THIS VEHICLE DOES SWITCH OF OR EVENT STALLS & WE ARE IN AN ACCIDENT THEN WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST SIR.

· As to you doing your investigations, you should interview your sales team that was involved in this affair and then you would understand why I made the remark that you can’t understand.(THROWING THEIR HANDS IN THE AIR)

· GETTING THE TECHNICAL EXPERT FROM BMW TO DRIVE WITH ME WAS NOT ARRANGED BUT PURELY A MATTER OF BEING AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME, THIS EXPERT WAS NOT EVEN AWARE OF ME BEING THERE FOR HIM TO DRIVE WITH ME. I WAS ASKED THE PREVIOUS WEEK TO COME TO YOUR PLACE AS YOUR SERVICE TEAM KNEW THAT HE WAS COMING TO AUTO ATLANTIC.
