Dishonorable Auto Atlantic BMW dealership

<p>Whilst disclaimers about loss to property is the order of the day, and it allows ************ dealer principals like Craig Kriel to tarnish the good name of BMW.<br />When we purchased our car from his sub standard dealership we received a car in a filthy condition. Chewing gum on the carpet in the passenger cabin at the back, sea sand in the boot and used tissues in the drivers door, no body even bothered to even remove the worn dirty sock at the back of the car.<br />So naturally and rightfully we insisted the handover the car in a suitable condition. After much back and forth Craig Kriels dealership told us that they will valet the car and return it to us but we should consider ourselves lucky based on the discount we had already received. So it seems he offsets discount for quality and service.<br /> After the valet when the car was returned a pair of prescription sun glasses went missing. We were not advised to remove anything from the car and I now know why, as it had taken Craig and his team days to resolve having the car valet and on the day that the car was take in for the valet, the keys were taken hastily and no checks or inspections were done.<br />Now for the missing sun glasses, it's not so much about the glasses but the absolute and total disregard for respect to ones property by Craig Kriel and his team.<br />Craig Kriels response after many weeks of trying to get hold of him and his promises to call back on numerous occasions never materialized, was too bad, we accept no liability, case closed.</p>
