BMW Dealership to Avoid

<p>I purchase a BMW from Auto Atlantic (CPT) to be delivered to DBN. The sale process was fine as they were trying to push through numbers for Dec. Once the sale was signed, things went downhill. There were constant delays with the delivery. Received the vehicle 2 weeks after expected. There was a lack of communication. I did all the follow up. When I received the vehicle it had a dent on the roof. Because of all of this, Auto Atlantic apologised and said they will send me gifts as an apology. 3 months later I received the gifts...it was a cap and a notepad. They really posted me a cap and notepad from CPT to DBN...I spent 600 k on a car...and add on the bad service...the apology is worth a cap and a notepad. Next time I will stick to a dealer in DBN</p>
