Auto Atlantic - APPALLING and *********!

I took my 323i Sport M Series BMW to Junaid Haddas to assist me in selling my vehicle. A very cold, uninterested "valuator" to say the least. I did not have a confident, good feeling about the "assistance" not at all! I heard nothing for days on end so wrote an email to Junaid. I got this one liner saying something along the lines of "well you know the price is too high and we have had not one single interest on the vehicle"... I got my IT department to desperately try and find the ad of which no one could find! I asked him to send me the link to which he rep**** "I am off so will get my colleague to send it" - nothing! Why do you think I never received the link - BECAUSE THE AD WAS PLACED YESTERDAY 12/02/2019! That is why there has been no interest. I have asked him to explain this to me... Let's see what he says. This dealership is appalling to say the least!!! NO CUSTOMER INTEREST and because it's BMW they are under the impression that they can treat their customers like DIRT!
