A nightmare from A to Z

I own a BMW 650i Cabrio and a BMW X6 - ( so top of the class)<br> <br> Their service department is a pure nightmare. Every time you bring a car in, it takes forever, and when back, nothing is fixed, or the wrong thing is fixed and 2 more things broken. So back again and wait another 2 to 3 weeks, which costs me valuable Motor plan time. They ***** the time this way basically.<br> <br> I was finally promised a courtesy car after i brought the 650i Convertible back for the 3rd time, 2 weeks again, never received the courtesy car of course - ( promised by the DP even)- Geraldine is the biggest **** of them all. Promised but never done anything - as always. Ignores you till you give up.<br> <br> They never call back - Ignores everything and have all kind of excuses all the time<br> I tried to complain - no one bothered to listen or come back to me. Never heard from them.<br> <br> Stay away from BMW Auto Atlantic in Town - look at their Hello Peter record. All negative - There is a reason !!!<br> <br> The workshop and the Mechanics there are totally *********** and do not care an inch. the Customer does not matter to them.
