<p>Good day,</p> <p>With regards to the complain about the above-mentioned subject, I had the very same problem. I then called Auto Assist and found out that the company that is actually deducting R18 from my account is Aut-Assist and not Auto Assist. My previous insurance company registered a membership on my behalf with Aut-Assist, but failed to terminate the membership when I cancelled my policy with them. Auto Assist was kind enough to give me Aut-Assist's number, which is ********** 932. I called Aut-Assist and they promised to cancel that membership and will refund me. Hope this helps.</p>
