Terrible Service & Cleaning of my Vehicle!!!

<p>Faber Coach Works took in my vehicle to Auto Armor Maitland for a comprehensive valet. When collecting my vehicle after the valet was done, I could clearly see that the cleaning of my vehicle was done half-heartedly. Only to find that the front loose carpets was never washed, still with white marks; not vacuumed properly and grease/dirt stains still on the body. A stain on the carpet in the boot area, this was not cleaned. They also managed to break my car's air-freshener with all the liquid gone!</p> <p>I asked Farber Coach works to return my vehicle to Auto Armor the following day, for it to be properly cleaned. I then got the vehicle back in a worse condition as when it went there the first time.</p> <p>The stain on the carpet in the boot that was not cleaned properly, as a matter of fact, the carpet was cleaned, but in such an aggressive manner, that it completely destroyed the material - it is no longer a carpet but a piece of fluff. I also found a cigarette burn on the driver’s side carpet. Both loose carpets in the front have been destroyed due to the fact that white marks are still showing. I will never take my vehicle to Auto Armor Maitland again!!!</p>
