Sometimes i wonder who is taking the money

About last week i went in store to get a quotation on a job i need completed on my car. I then called on Monday to book my car in and received a higher price. I then challenged the lady about the price explaining to her what i had been given before. She then esquires by her colleagues and with much laughter happening in the back round she again returns to the phone challenging me as to whether i am sure on the quotation. I then proceeded to take my business else where, purely because i cannot trust Auto Armor as a supplier.
