Bad smash and grab put it in my car

i bought a car from AVIS car rentals in Kempton park,the agents assisted me fine there.the car had no smash and grab originally from Hyundai,an agent in AVIS took my car to Auto Armor for smash and grab to be put in,I then experienced problems with the right rear window not wanting to open. Hyundai inspected the window and found out that the smash and grab was not put i n correctly,the agent took the car back to Auto Armor they said nothing is wrong with their smash and grab. Furthermore I took it up with their manager of Auto Armor in Kempton Park on the line and he promised to call me back I'm still waiting now and that was last year around June 2014 ,we are in 2015 he hasn't attended my query.<br> <br> I'm now experiencing problems with the driver's window and when I take it to a different Hyundai branch from the one I took before,they tell me the same story about the smash and grab,I was charged R3000 for that smash and grab and now I have to spend another plus or minus R2000 to get it taken out and put a new one again.I'm not happy at all with this.
