Appointing the right people drives businesses

I have been dealing with Auto Armor Bellville in Cape Town for many years and is my number one go to company for my vehicle security needs. These days when you buy a car you assume its from a reputable company not realising that it is a private individual most probably a friend or relative of the dealer principal or new car manager doing the smash and grab in his back yard. So when you go and collect your car there is no warranty, documentation nor invoice from this so called company unlike a reputable company such as Auto Armor. This happened to me twice now already. Firstly, four years back bought MB from MB George whom had smash and grab unkown to me fitted by private individual paid by me. Six months later its started peeling off. Contacted them wanting to know if I can have it replaced in Cape Town where I reside. Unfortunately no I had to take the car back to the guy in George. Second time bought a brand new Ford Ranger Thunder in Cape Town a week ago. Smash and grab paid for by me again fitted by private individual. Had the car in the sun whole weekend or at least for the required forty eight hours. The smash and grab developed air bubbles. I looked for warranty, documentation or invoice with other documents that came with my new car ...nothing. Called the dealer and explained my dissatisfaction but also highlighted the excellent product and service I had always received from Auto Armor having fitted about fifteen of my cars over the years. The dealership immediately arranged removal and fitment for my vehicle at Auto Armor Bellville. Now the above is my complaint but I also have a compliment. On many occasions when serviced at Auto Armor Bellville it was always by a certain lady by the name of Lizy Levendal. What a loving, kind, humble and professional lady. I was always addressed in a professional manner, updated on progress, always with a smile. Waiting in the reception room I heard her on the phone or talking to colleagues or walk in customers, her demeanour always the same and to everyone. This is the person who does not go around telling people she is a Christian there is no need to you can see it in her. The prize for me is the service I received at this branch from Lizy the bonus is the product. Thank you Lizy.
