ZERO RESPONSE
<p>I sent this crowd a mail to cancel the policy with immediate effect as they are only prepared to pay 3rd party as I cant load the photos on the system as it keeps giving errors.</p> <p>As to be expected zero response from them.</p> <p>I want this policy cancelled with immediate effect and my money refunded ASAP</p> <p>Shockingly bad service from this crowd, unbelievably unprofessional</p>

We refer to your previous complaint and previous discussions regarding your cancellation request. Our Customer Relation Specialists left messages on your voice mail to contact us, without any reply. We confirm that the policies were cancelled as requested with the last insurance date being 31 July 2017.
We do however take note that you are currently insured and requested for cancellation to be effective as from today 21 July 2017. We have made the necessary changes to the policy. This is however a month to month policy and we have therefore made a business decision to refund you.
The refund has been requested and the funds will reflect in your account within three working days.
