You do your things good,I am only worried with the increment of premiums,coz there is no indication of the percentage of increment,so when you increase-you guys increase with more than 25% while my employer increases my salary with less than 5%

You do your things good,I am only worried with the increment of premiums,coz there is no indication of the percentage of increment,so when you increase-you guys increase with more than 25% while my employer increases my salary with less than 5%.There is no where in the CONTRACT, where it shows. That's my only DISSATISFACTION.
