Wrongfully Debited
On 13 Apr 2016 , I logged a complaint against Auto and General at 3:05pm which I am not at liberty to disclose herein. By 4:49pm, I had received feedback on my complaint , and by 14 Apr 2016, my query and complaint has been completely resolved. I want to take this time, and use this opportunity to sincerely thank Louise for her speedy response and commitment to quality customer service.
