Wrongfully Debited

On 1-4-16 Auto & General debited my account with R220.00 & R298.55 + bank fees of R16 per item. I called them and they advised that it was for structural insurance on a house which I had purchased. I later came to realize that I already have structural cover through my bond holder STD Bank (effective date 12-2-16). I called back and was advised that they will refund, and gave me the option to send my bank statement or wait for a few days for the funds to reflect on their side. On 12-4-16 , I received a refund of R147.78, and I called their call center again today, and was advised by Thapelo that they have only refunded half of the amount, and the balance needs to be refunded by STD Bank. However if I need the full refund and admin fee of R220.00 then I need to speak to Better life (bond originator)<br> Auto and General debited funds from my account, and now I need to run after 3rd parties for my money - I want a none negotiable refund of all monies debited from my account + the bank charges of R32.00 by 15 Apr 2016 <br> <br> <br> <br>
