wow...amazed!!

Well... I work in a call centre for a couple of years now at one of the largest companies in South Africa, so obviously when it comes to any encounter with a call centre advisor I am extremely judgmental because I know how the job should be done... and always pay attention to the way they conduct their business... I have to admit... I dealt with a broker that assisted me in getting insurance through Auto and General... and every single thing was done over the phone... But Angelique Thompson...you were amazing!!!! The way you dealt with me, extremely professional, but at the same time you had the ability to put me at ease... and for me, that work in insurance... that takes a lot!! To a job well done.. we most certainly need more Mrs. Thompson's!!! 11/10!!! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!!
