Worst service form Auto and General insurance

Refuse to listen to place vehicle with company in Klerksdorp to fix hail damage and want to give damage settlement than halve than damage by registered company for Suzuki register. Place vehicle repair in Orkney far form my home and my rental car as l paid in my options. My rental car is in Klerksdorp to pick up by the insurance. I need car full time to take my child to school and go to work. I did take this package because l am only person who have license at home and this car is my only transport. Worst service l every got. I work in Khuma, live in Stilfontein and my child go to school in Klerksdorp. This is totally unacceptable as Impala Panalbeatersis on their books and can do the work..
