Worst service ever received

I insured my vehicle through badger insurance (A&G). The past few months I have been requesting changes to my policy, which did not materialize, and Now i have been billed for something i have been asking to have cancelled two months ago, which was confirmed to me in email that it has been cancelled. The response to this was , i have to go to the bank and now have to pay R250.00 reversal charges to get my own money back, which was so quickly deducted from my account. I have emailed the contact person numerous times, with no response.
