worst service ever

this is the worst insurance ever, i have put a claim in 5th January 2021 and up to so far no one has given me any answers to my claim. instead there is a guy called GIEL NEL who made all sorts of allegations that I was not at the accident scene that I was not the driver when the accident happened. I have lodged 3 complaints already and none was attended to, I think they are just looking for something so that they don't process my claim. this is the ****dest insurance ever I regret the day I took out this insurance and trusted them to do wonderful work. Never shall I ever take this insurance again.
