Worst service..
Good day
Can we get the car back since the claim was rejected,mail was sent out promising the car will brought back but since no call or email sent,by end of business i want the car being towed by to my place
Agent sent :
Lebogang Orekeng Feb 12, 2021, 2:31 PM (4 days ago) to me
I think its going to be Monday,
Its after 14:00 and its Friday.

Kindly please release the Vehicle,as i was advised (Lebogang Orekeng) that the car will be towed on the 2021/02/15,PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY WON'T BE ANY PAYMENT THAT WILL BE DONE DUE TO FOLLOWING REASON!
1.Vehicle was moved to different preemies without my authorization2.I was informed by your Panel Beaters that they have my vehicle without even confirming with me?3.The quotation i got was for the insurance and i advise the guy that my claim was rejected, then he said he will send private quote with 20% discount from that amount that was quoted for the insurance and now the Vehicle is needed i was told about R500?

Firstly I was told that I need to pay R550 for a quotation that I didn’t even ask for by Renew-it Panel Beaters/Proline Auto body ? And asked if I had an insurance or not then I did advised that my claim was rejected and was told that you’ll send private quotation after you’ve already sent a quote?my vehicle was moved by Auto and General without my authority or even asking me or calling me ?when I got there my Vehicle was already dissemble without even informing me? My claim was rejected so why my car was taken to that panel beaters??so why the vehicle was dissemble without informing me? I only got a call from this panel beaters telling me that my car was brought to them and already it was dissemble? Now your telling me I need to pay for reassemble? This is ridiculous honestly, claim was rejected right so my car was supposed to be brought back to my place but now my car was taken to a panel beaters that dissemble the car and car parts are missing and now I need to pay so they can reassemble the vehicle? No no this it’s too much and energy draining
