Worst service
Hi guys to those of ull that had AA car insurance unfortunately Auto and General has taken over, why I say Unfortunately is because I just experience a problem with my car lucky it was at home so I phoned auto and General on *** and spoke to Nadine who informed me that they don't send out mechanics if your car is at home. What a joke you can only call them if you are stuck on the road. You can expect a phone call from me as well as most of my friends and family for cancellation, I am also looking forward to writing an article in the local tabloid, people must know that they are getting **********. P.S when I was with AA insurance I had no problems at all. AA insurance was one of the best.

Kindly be advised that your short term insurance policy only covers the tow of your vehicle from an accident scene to the closest panel beater or storage yard. Had your vehicle broken down on the side of the road; our assist benefit would tow your vehicle to the nearest safest storage yard. In this specific instance; your vehicle was at your home address; it therefore did not require to be taken to a safe holding facility.
