Worst insurer
Worst Service ever, put in a claim last week. Firstly j must complete forms and then submit again drivers license and alot of other paperwork that was submitted upon taking out this ridiculous insurance. I would not advise this insurance to my worst enemy. The lady taking down the details were so insensitive and cold, at some point I just wanted to put the call down. Till today it has not been followed up on. Surely changing my insurance

19 Apr 2023, 18:08Auto and general just know how to make their clients feel worthless, they have the audacity to call right after I put in a complaint instead of finding a solution or attempt to be of assistance. From the time I put in my windscreen a month ago they never even bothered to follow up on that bad experience I encountered with Glasfit. Please cancel my policy from the 01/05/2023, an Pls if you feel anything for your clients Pls make sure Glasfit repairs the damages
