Worst insurance that money can get you

Worst insurance ever .Ive been in a car accedent on the 27th Dec of last year . Ive loaded a claim on 27th Dec 2019 and with the festive season out of the way ,that they crearly liked to use as an excuse .one would think that ball will get rolling ,but my car havent even been evatuated yet due to mistakes regarding the details of the vehicle ,information that they should have on there system . It took them a week just to locate the vehicle,and that is after I told them where the vehicle is located . They didnt find the vehicle because they got my Reg.no. wrong , I mean they should have the info on hand on there systems . Om in afrikaans te se hulle is plein treurig ,jy is net n nommer op hulle computer ,dar is geen belangstelling van hulle kant af om jou te help nie
